Responsibilities:
主管组织内外部8D的问题解决流程的建立及其实施。
Responsible for establishing 8D model problem solving procedure and implementation for internal and external quality problem
负责组织纠正预防措施的跟踪、反馈、及措施有效性的验证跟踪。
Responsible for organizing follow up, feedback and verification of effectiveness of CAPA
负责对纠正预防措施的跟踪组织部门间定期会议，对跟踪的时效性及有效性的完成负责。
Responsible for organizing regular inter-department meeting for CAPA, responsible for completion of tracking timeliness and effectiveness.
负责进料、在制品、成品及客户抱怨解决状态的日常趋势监控、每周、每月质量报告及其后续规则的执行进行审核。
Responsible for daily tendency monitoring, weekly and monthly report for incoming, in-production, outgoing finished part and customer complaint solving status, and conduct audit as per plan.
负责制定品质数据的采集计划、实施，对数据采集的有效性和充分性进行每月评估。协调QC与统计员的数据统计接口协调，确保数据分析可以为质量改进提供清晰、高效的指导作用。并根据数据分析过程中不断优化数据采集计划及其实施。
Be responsible for plan of quality data collection and implementation, regular assessment on effectiveness and adequate of data collection system. Be an interface between QC and Statistician ensuring data analysis to be a clear and efficiency to guide quality improvement. Optimize data collection and implementation during the process of data analysis.
组织质量管理各项活动中统计质量成本，根据质量成本报告提出降低质量损失的措施。
To gather statistics data of quality cost during quality management activities and propose actions to lower quality loss.
负责组织质量文化宣传活动
Responsible for organizing quality culture promotion activities.
参加质量审核计划及其稽核计划
Participate in quality audit plan and audit monitoring plan.
完成领导安排的其他任务。
Other tasks assigned by line supervisor.

Requirements:
University Graduate, Engineering background related major.
General office work experience. Hands-on quality control experience
Familiar with TS16949 & Automotive Business requirements
