Responsibilities:
在8D小组会议前负责内外不良品的根本原因分析。
Responsible for internal and external non-conforming parts root cause analysis before 8D team meeting.
负责质量成本的数据分析；
Responsible for Quality cost data analysis.
负责内部纠正预防措施的实施的信息收集及纠正预防措施跟踪系统的更新及有效性的验证；
Responsible for collecting information on implementation of Internal (external) corrective actions and tracking on corrective actions updates and effectiveness
负责组织品质管理手法的宣传推广。
Responsible for organizing quality management tools promotions.
负责制定生产过程中质量审核工作的稽核计划及实施。
Responsible for drafting and implementing audit monitoring plan on process quality audit work.
辅助QC主管对日常工序质量控制，确保出现偏离质量标准时要求相关责任部门采取措施。
Assist QC supervisor for daily process quality control, ensure actions are taken when non-conforming to quality standards occurs.
在APQP阶段支持团队在设计策划过程中避免影响品质的失效因素。
Support team in APQP stage, to avoid quality failure factors when design planning.
负责对关键工序品质控制点实施统计过程控制，找出影响工序品质的特殊原因和普通原因。
Responsible for implementation of statistics process control for key process quality control point, find out special cause and general causes which affects process quality.
负责建立操作者自检、工序巡检、最终检验和首件三检制（自检、领班检、检验员验收）制度并定期稽核。
Establish operator inspection, process routing inspection, final inspection and first article three inspections (operator inspection, Foreman inspection and inspector inspection.)
负责新品投入批量生产前三个批次的质量业绩跟踪报告并反馈给APQP及项目管理团队。
For new mass production parts, follow and track first 3 batches for quality performance and report to APQP and project management team.
支持MSA分析工作
Support MSA analysis work.
完成领导安排的其他任务。
Other task assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
University Graduate, Engineering background related major.
Above 8 years automotive industry Quality working experience
Knowledge of production technologies in Mechanical, technical understanding of process at quality and explanation of company requirements
Good negotiation skills, be familiar with PPAP and TS16949
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
Excellent skills of software MS-office
Fluent in englsih.
General office work experience. Hands-on quality control experience
Familiar with TS16949 & Automotive Business requirements
