Responsibilities:
1.制定模具或工装的维护保养规则，规划； 优化现有生产模具或工装切换流程，提高切换效率并持续改善
Establish the tooling / fixtures maintenance procedure and maintenance plan；Optimize the existing tooling / fixtures setup and convert efficiency and continuous improve it
2.按照公司模具移交流程判定模具是否具备移交条件
To be a part of decision maker to evaluate if a tool reached to hand over condition
3.对模具维护保养分级管理及完善保养内容，根据一级及二级保养内容开展模具保养
Make tooling maintenance procedure in proper level. And implement the maintenance accordingly
4.根据生产计划部下达的生产计划，快速安装模具或工装及生产换线时的有序无停机换模作业
Setup the production tools / fixtures according to the production plan, orderly without downtime
5.配合生产模具仓储管理部门按照模具出入库管理规定存放，运输，存储工作及完成相关记录
Cooperate with production tool warehouse management department in accordance with regulations of the loading and unloading management tool storage, transport, storage work and complete the related records
6.配合模具制造及测试团队改善作业流程
Cooperate with tool manufacturing and test team to improve process
7.对模具存储地及维护保养场地特别涉及跨部门区域全面5S管理；严格执行安全、文明生产管 理，教育工人遵守劳动、和操作规程
To the tool storage and maintenance field especially related to cross functional area overall 5 s management; Strict enforcement of safety and civilized production management, education workers abide by labor, and operating procedures
8.对员工出勤、纪律、工作效率、责任心等负责；并负责检查工艺纪律执行情况；
The employee's attendance, discipline, work efficiency, the sense of responsibility, responsible for; And is responsible for the inspection process and the implementation of discipline;
9.负责对模具维护保养及架模员工的检查、监督和考核，按每月考核结果对员工的绩效

Requirements:
Above junior college, tooling or mechanical related major.
大专以上学历, 模具或机械相关专业.
Have rich experience in tool maintenance, manufacturing, production setup.
对于模具保养，加工，产品安装有丰富的经验。
Have knowledge of TS16949 quality system and 5S management.
对TS16949质量系统和5S管理模式有一定的知识和了解。
More than 3years of lead a team about maintenance and production setup.
有3年以上的模具保养及产品安装的领导经验。
Mechanical pressing tool working theory and knowledge of maintenance.
具有模具机械压力机工作的理论知识和保养的知识.
Production setup skills.
模具产品安装的理论技能.
Good ability of communication ,coordination and organization, have rich experience of workshop management.

More than 8 years working experience, more than 5 years management experience.
