Purpose
目的
To provide Intermodal export service along the YTZ River except Taicang or Chengdu in a timely and cost-efficient manner by collaborating with internal functions and external suppliers.
与外部供应商合作,运用成本有效方式在长江流域(除太仓跟成都)提供及时出口多式联运服务
Key Responsibilities
主要职责
? Manage barge, truck service for inland ports along Yangtze River except Taichang and Chengdu in a cost effective manner.
?以成本最优化的方式来管理长江港口驳船, 拖车服务. (除了太仓驳船和成都火车)。
? Facilitate barge and mother vessel connection at Shanghai port.
?促进上海港的驳船和母船连接。
? Expedite electronic data interchange system implementation at inland ports along Yangtze River.
?加快实现在长江内河港口的电子数据交换系统。
? Evaluate the suppliers’ performance regularly.
?评估供应商的业绩。
? Coordinate to collect 3rd party repair cost from customer.
?协调从客户收集第三方维修费用。
? Continuously assists in developing and reviewing existing work processes/procedures and where possible pursue automatic solutions to increase internal productivity and efficiency as well as externally with other departments, seek for cost saving solutions.
?不断协助发展和检讨现有的工作流程/程序，并在可能的情况下追求自动化的解决方案以提高内部和外部效率以及与其他部门一同寻求节约成本的解决方案。
? Organize Intermodal related reports, analyze the result and submit the improvement plan.
?组织联运相关报告，对结果进行分析并提出改进方案。
? Vendor invoice check and system update based on FACT SOP.
?供应商发票的检查和基于事实来更新系统。
? Backup within INT team and accomplish other tasks delegated by Nanjing operation manager.
?在中转团队中做好后备，完成南京操作部经理委派的其他任务。
