Role Profile

Receive booking from field office with clear instruction / SOP

Book to carrier (keep all field office informed about any vessel delay or cancellation)

Coordinate with the shipping line's agent successfully transfer the manifest to china customs

Proactively solving any problems during booking process

Obtain the draft MB/L copy from carrier and verify the correction, and ensure all the draft MB/L copy be confirmed to the carrier before deadline

Collect MB/L from the carrier within 2 days after shipment been on board for Intra-Asia shipments, 5 days for NZ AU shipments, 7 days for AMNO and ofthe reginons

Approve all the incoming invoice from the carrier base on field office's instructions

Prepare and submit required report

Requirements

College or above, one year working experience

Good English knowledge

Good communication skill

Strong service sense & team work spirit
