负责低压铸造的所有相关工序，支持其他部门技术研究
Response for all low pressure foundry processes, support other department for technical analyze

工作职责(Job Description):
负责低压铸造的相关工序，如熔炼、制芯、低压铸造、热处理工序
Response for low pressure foundry processes, such as melting, core making, low pressure casting, heat treatment process
负责低压铸造相关工序的参数设定、工艺研究、作业指导书制作、工时、工作单元研究、质量问题分析等
Response for low pressure foundry process parameter setting, process analyze, working instruction, cycle time, operation cell analyze, quality issue analyze, etc
负责低压铸造相关工序的检测工序，如X光检测、探伤检测
Response for inspection processes that relative to low pressure foundry, such as X-ray inspection, penetrant testing
支持工模具车间、实验室与低压铸造相关工模具、实验设备、仪器的选型
Support tool room & laboratory for selecting equipment that relative to low pressure foundry
支持工模具车间做低压铸造相关模具维护与修改的研究，如低压铸造模具、制芯模具的维护、模具喷涂研究
Support tool room to analyze mold maintenance, such as die & core making mold maintenance, coating preparation.
支持实验室做低压铸造相关的理化分析，如砂子进料检验、铝件机械性能研究，等
Support laboratory to do analyze that relative to low pressure foundry, such as sand incoming inspection, aluminum mechanical property analyze, etc

岗位要求 (Job Requirement):
丰富的低压铸造工艺经验，包括熔炼、制芯、低压铸造、热处理工序
Strong experience for low pressure process , include melting, core making, low pressure casting, heat treatment process
低压铸造检测相关经验，包括X光检测、探伤检测
The experience for inspection that relative to all low pressure processes, include X-Ray inspection, penetrant testing
超过5年的铝制品低压铸造经验，汽车行业经验较好
More than 5 years work experience in aluminum low pressure casting process, experience in automotive industry is plus
对以下系统有一定的知识：系统化解决问题（如6 sigma, 8D）、ISO质量体系、汽车行业新产品开发流程、PFMEA与控制计划
Have knowledge for following system: Solve issues by system way (such as 6 sigma, 8D), ISO system, automotive new production launch process, PFMEA & control plan
拥有精益生产、持续改进、降低成本经验较好
Have following experience is plus: lean production, continue improvement, cost down
大学本科学历，机械、铸造、模具专业
Graduated from university, the major for machinery, casting, mold
良好的英语沟通能力，包括读与写
Good communication skill of English, speaking and writing.
良好的微软办公软件与CAD软件知识
Good knowledge for MS office software and CAD software

ECS Engineered Control Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (ECSCT) was established on Mar 11th, 2009.
