岗位描述：

1.为供应商开发和管理提供战略性指导，指导和监督SQE的日常工作

Provide strategic guidance for supplier development and management. Provide guidance and supervision to SQE’s daily work.

2.在项目开发阶段确保所有的采购件、材料、工装能被成功的投入生产，满足项目的投产需要。管理供应商，持续改进和提高其能力。

Ensure that all purchasing part, material, tooling can be put into production successfully during new production development & meet launch requirement; Manage supplier & continuously improve supplier’s capability.

3.新产品开发中，主导供应商技术支持，有义务和权力管理各种供应商审核活动，评估供应商绩效。协调供应商的质量问题，提高供应商质量的能力。

Conduct supplier technology assistance to new product development, have obligation and right to conduct all kinds of auditing activities to suppliers, make appraisal to supplier’s accomplishment, coordinate supplier’s quality problem, coordinate suppliers to lift quality capability.

4.按照项目计划跟踪供应商样件/工装和OTS、PPAP等相关文件的提交，例如材料、功能和尺寸检测报告。

Follow up sample / tooling submitting according to program schedule OTS、PPAP etc with related document such as material, functional and dimension check report.

5.监督供应商履行APQP过程

Monitor suppliers to fulfill APQP process.

6.协助供应商执行PPAP和批准PSW报告

Support supplier to execute PPAP and approve PSW reports.

7.确保供应商采取行动，持续改进生产工艺。

Ensure that suppliers take actions to improve the production process continuously.

8.协助建立长期的供应商管理战略
Support to establish the long-term strategy of supplier management.

9.供应商绩效评估维护，协助采购处理商务问题

Supplier performance review & maintenance，assist purchasing to solve commercial problems.

10.领导交办的其他事务。

Finish all the other tasks which assigned by immediate supervisor.

任职资格：

1.了解7大步骤或8D纠正措施过程；

Good understanding about 7-step or 8D corrective action process；

2.在供应商评估和开发方面有较强的工作经验；

Strong experience in supplier evaluation and supplier development;

3.精通ISO9001:2008 TS 16949/VDA的质量体系知识；

High/Expert AIAG or related quality system knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 TS 16949 / VDA AIAG;

4. 精通AIAG 核心工具（PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA)；

Expert knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA);

5. 能熟练应用Excel，Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and MINTAB；

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and MINTAB;

6.良好的解决问题，沟通，表达，计划和组织技能；

Good problem solving, communication, presentation, planning and organizational skills;

7.优秀的人际交往技能和书面及口头沟通能力,可使用英语进行书面表达和沟通；

Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communications.

English 70% writing and conversation;

8.基本了解Catia, UG或其他3-D设计工具；

General understanding Catia, UG or other 3-D design tool;

9.有工具包装设计方面的基本知识。

Knowledge of design of tooling, fixture, and packaging.
