HR&ADMIN Officer 人事行政专员
Job content 工作内容：
1，Dormitory management, including discipline management, necessary maintenance& safety management， residential permit; Do dormitory safety, hygiene check regularly; make calculation of dormitory things which needs to be maintained and updated and feedback on time;Control dormitory cost.
宿舍管理，包括纪律管理，维修，安全管理， 暂住证延期。定期对宿舍进行检查，及时更新宿舍情况表，宿舍相关费用成本控制。
2．Employee related issues, such as arrange the OT food according the situation, apply the tranportation for employees, support on ISS, and etc
员工相关事宜 ，如根据实际情况，安排员工的加班餐, 报销车费，协助员工建议系统等等。
3. Security management, incluidng internal and external.Such as guard shift arrangement, abnormal issues, keep communication with local public police and so on.
治安管理，包括对内，对外。 例如：保安排班、异常情况处理、与当地派出所保持日常联系等等。
4. Admin related issue, such as shuttle bus , dressing room, company assets.
行政相关事宜， 如班车、更衣室、公司资产的管理等等。
5．Assist to organize the company activities from time to time; coordinate necessary facilities for internal enterprise culture communication.
协助公司活动的开展，企业文化的建设。
6，Finish other relevant issues assigned by the Manager.
完成人事经理安排的其他工作任务。
Position Requirement:
1．3 years of college or above, majored in English will be preferred;
2．With good communication skills and good at written and oral English speaking ability；willing to and be good at communication;
3. Be familiar with MS system, such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc;
4. With good health, be patient and be able to work under pressure and with good ability of time-management and team work capabilities.
任职条件：
1. 大专以上学历，英语专业毕业优先考虑；
2. 具备良好的英语书面、口头表达能力；乐于并擅于沟通；
3. 熟悉MS办公软件操作系统，例如：Excel， Word，PPT等；
4. 身体健康，耐心细致；具有较强的耐压性和良好的时间管理能力和团队协作能力。
