职位描述
Working Place: Ningbo, Zhejiang
Requirement:
1、Four-Year Degree B.S. in Microbiology, Food Science or related field.
2、5 years related food industry experience including hands-on food microbiological experience in a food laboratory and/or food production facility.
3、 Demonstrated knowledge of food microbiology, food safety controls, manufacturing processes, material specifications, regulatory requirements and practices, food law, Good Manufacturing Practices, auditing, troubleshooting, food spoilage, food borne illness and procedures used to control the microbiological quality of food and microbiological testing procedures.
4、 Experience in Food safety with in-depth knowledge of HACCP compliance to microbiological safety standards.
5、 Knowledge of environmental monitoring techniques and sanitization procedures.
6、 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
7、Ability to make key decisions that impact the business along with great problem solving skills.
8、 Fluency in English and Chinese with ability to understand, to speak, to read and to write English.
9、 M.S. in Microbiology, Food Science or related field preferred; Previous lab experience preferred; Dry food processing experience preferred.
Essential Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for maintaining plant sanitation procedures, monthly plant audits and programs.Making sure sanitation program is in compliance with SQF/BRC food safety code, Governmental laws and requirements.
2、Responsible for maintaining Pest control program.Making sure Pest control program is in compliance with SQF/BRC food safety code, Governmental laws and requirements.
3、Responsible for Assistant QA manager's duties when required.Making sure we are in compliance with SQF/BRC food safety code, Governmental laws and requirements, meeting all HACCP requirements, maintaining Food Defense needs, and customer requirements.
Major Challenges:
Food safety issues concerning Micro, Plant sanitation, and GMPs. Insuring compliance with government, SQF/BRC, and customer requirements.
