主要工作任务包括捕捉和理解时尚趋势，设计符合客人需求的款式，组建并管理打样团队。
招聘要求：1. 2~4年的童装或成人装设计经验。 2. 对时尚敏感，并能迅速捕捉流行趋势。3.能熟练使用各类设计软件，如illustrator和corel draw. 4.有基本的面料和辅料知识。5. 工作积极主动。 6.具备良好的领导和沟通能力。7.基本的英文口语交流能力

Area of Work - Kids fashion clothing & accessories - knit, woven, footwear, winter clothing & swimwear.

Core Responsibilities -

1. Identifying and understanding fashion trends & forecasts.

2. Coming up with presentation range for BDL customers using forecasted trends & information.

3. Working with in house sampling & sourcing team to come up with presentation samples for BDL customers & international fairs.

Designer Candidate Requirement -

1. 2-4 Years of experience in core fashion designing in kids/adult clothing.

2. Strong sense of fashion and ability to understand fashion trends and forecasts.

3. Good hands on knowledge in design software like Adobe Illustrator / Corel Draw.

3. Basic fabrics and accessories knowledge.

4. Proactive decision making ability.

5. Ability to lead sampling team and work on tight time lines.
