Knowledge & Skill
- Must have good customer service attitude
- Able to handle difficult situations and work under pressure
- High degree of good organizational and administrative skill
- Effective spoken and written Japanese & Mandarin, fluent English is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Access applications
- Minimum two year’s working experience, in valves or industrial automation industry is preferential
Responsibility
- Prepares and administers all commercial documentation such as sales contracts and maintenances agreements
- Answers queries from sales and customers on stock and shipments
- Answer internal and customers queries on status of orders, discrepancies, and determines what corrective action needs to be taken
- Goods delivery monitor
- Customers’ payment & credit monitor, assists Finance department with account receivable
- Provides technical or application or price quotation and related assistance to customers, sales and Authorized Valve Distributors
- Process valve OEM daily sales orders
- Processes sales orders, arranges deliveries in accordance with company practice and in timely fashion
- Identify customers’ issues quickly and provide appropriate solutions in time
- Answers incoming inquiry calls
- Provides administrative support and general clerical tasks
- Other assignment by the company
