责任
1)处理尊贵账号客户的来电,来电内容包含但不仅限于,包裹签收记录,投诉,索赔,有保证服务,报价,服务信息,出口货物的异常,取件等等。
2)识别并记录服务问题的关注,跟进相关功能,提供解决方案,以满足客户的满意度。
3)与其他部门和业务协调,以提供个性化的客户服务解决方案,满足尊贵账号客户的需求。
4)整合职能团队的服务问题,呼吁上级寻求解决方案。
5)收集功能团队的数据和例行报告,以提供信息,管理更新性能和分析,规划和提升CSC操作。
6)定制每天/每周/每月的报告。
要求
1)大专以上学历,至少2年相关经验
2)打字速度>30 WPM
3)良好的中英文书写和口语,英语六级及以上
4)良好的沟通和电话技巧
5)性格开朗,团队合作精神,以客户为导向
6)具有多任务和时间管理的技巧
7)解决问题/故障排除技巧
8)独立的和以结果为导向
9)具备微软软件操作技能
