Key responsibilities:

1. Bookeeping for Monthly Expense Reimbursement, Invoice, Salary, Depreciation, Cost of Goods and Sales income settlement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, foreign Exchange.

2. A/R and A/P settlement, monthly staff reimbursement audit,

3. Monthly account reconciliation,

4. Assist in month-end close of financial reports,

5. Responsible for monthly PRC reports and statistic reports,

6. Monthly Taxes Declaration,

Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Bachelar’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

2. 1+ years of GL with foreign company ;

3. Self-starter, team player ;

4. Willing to work under pressure and overtime when necessary;

5. Good command of written English ;

6. Excellent PC skills in MS Excel, Word, English ERP system
