职位描述
Purpose of the position:
1 Perform sales activities within assigned geographic area in line with the sales plan
2 Objectives (SME). Manage allocated sales team.
Key Tasks:
1 Manage and control the sales organization within the assigned sales territory
2 Propose sales plan (SME)
3 Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
4 Assign sales-force to targets/clients
5 Develop business with assigned A/B targets/clients (sales ownership for 12-months
maximum)
6 Assure successful account integration to Operations, Customer Service or LAM
7 Share information using sales-support tools (CRM)
8 Optimize cost of sales
9 Assure compliance with the sales process
Decision Making Authority:
1 Disciplinary responsibility over the local sales organization
2 Margin and selling rates
3 Service offering in line with corporate guidelines
4 Process ownership for local contents
Function- / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working:
1 Functional know-how in air / sea / logistics /SCM
2 Strong sales know-how
3 Understanding of PA (strategy and products)
4 Deep local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
5 Basic business administration competence
