职位说明：

出口

1. 负责和客户联系操作事宜。

2. 负责供方联系所有操作事宜。

3. 和所有供方之间的帐务确认。

4. 协调和监督单证和客户之间的工作。

5. 对货物的信息跟踪，直至货物上船。

6. 及时输入成本，结帐，上交JOB。

7. 配合操作主管以确保各项制度的执行。

进口：

1. 规范输入系统

2. 与船公司确认下ETA, 及时发送客户Pre-alert

3. 与客户确认开票抬头后开税务发票

4. 帮助客人进行清关,拖车等服务

5. 及时输入成本，结帐，上交JOB.

6. 核销单管理,登记.

7. 各个供方的对帐工作.

要求：

1、专科及以上学历，进出口贸易、物流类相关专业；
2、两年以上相关领域业务操作经验；
3、熟悉海运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识；
4、英文熟练，电脑操作熟练；
5、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。
