MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
主要工作义务/职责
? Responsible for developing, maintaining and managing manufacturing accounting systems and records, standard costs, costing of local manufactured and imported products, updating standard cost, allocation of costs (e.g. recharges, consumables), costing of new products, processes (standard and custom), preparation and input of journal entries into General Ledger.
? 负责开发、维护和管理生产核算系统和记录、标准成本、本地生产和进口产品的成本；更新标准成本和成本分配（比如：再生产，消耗），新产品的成本、工艺（标准和定制）、准备以及输入日志到General Ledger。
? Take active role in ERP system improvement and implementation.
? 在ERP系统的完善和事实中发挥积极作用。
? Be responsible for developing and providing on consistent and timely reports on productivity performance, BOM and work order analysis, variances from standard with reasons for deviations and any ad.hoc requests from the management timely.
? 负责制定和提供日常和时效性的生产运作报告、物料清单、设备运作分析、与标准的偏差以及相关原因和任何实时管理所需的请求。
? Responsible for CAPEX project analysis, internal control and monthly reporting.
? 负责CAPEX项目分析，内部控制和月度报告。
? Lead and be responsible for preparing annual budget plan and periodic forecast for manufacturing and operating activities.
?? Participate in cycle counts and annual counts, as directed. Provide reasons and improvement suggestions for inventory variations/adjustments on a regular basis.
? 根据指示参与循环盘点和年度统计。定期提供关于库存变化/调整的原因和完善建议。
? Be responsible for Inventory E&O provisions in line with Group policy and roots & cause analysis
? 负责提供与集团政策一致的库存E&O，以及根源和原因分析。
? Involve the procurement vendor annual assessment, pricing analysis with process improvement efforts.
? 参与采购供应商的年度评估、价格分析，以优化工艺。
? Ensure costing system and reporting complies at all the times with Group Policies, Internal Control, and Business Codes of Conduct guidelines.
? 确保成本系统和报告一直服从集团政策、内部控制和商业行为准则的指导方针
? Assist and provide financial and cost accounting services to all business functions as required.
? 按要求给各部门帮助和提供财务和成本核算服务。


Qualification;
要求：
？ Bachelor degree & above with 3 years costing and managing accounting experience in foreign investment company
？ 本科及以上学历，3年以以上外资企业的成本和管理核算经验；
？ Good understanding in IFRS and China Accounting Principles
？ 正确理解国际财务报告准则和国内会计准则；
？ In-depth knowledge in standard costing process and close cost accounting books
？ 熟读标准成本核算过程和成本会计类书籍；
？ Good knowledge and hands on experience in ERP system and spreadsheet PC skills
？ 掌握并且有ERP系统方面的操作经验，电子报表技能；
？ Good command in all aspects to communicate effectively in English and Chinese
？ 能在各方面进行有效沟通的英语和中文能力；
？ Excellent communication skills and be able to work across functions
？ 优秀的沟通技能，以及能够跨部门工作；
？ Mature, enthusiastic and positive about his/her job
