职位描述
任职资格：
1. 三年以上机加工工作经验；
2. 大专以上学历，机械制造或相关专业背景的优先考虑；
3. 熟悉CNC编程及操作；
4. 了解各类机加工设备（普通设备和数控设备）的工艺能力和操作方法，了解现场加工现场刀具、工装、夹具的使用；
5. 具备团队管理的经验、生产进度的控制方法，善于协调生产负荷和生产能力的差异。
工作内容：
1. 根据项目订单的计划和工艺路径，编制车间加工机床的机台计划；
2. 根据机台计划，安排生产，准备人员检查、落实毛坯物料的到货，并以工单的形式下达生产指令，协调毛坯物料、刀具、图纸 等技术资料等准时进入加工工序；
3. 根据机台计划和工艺路径，安排生产准备人员，配合采购和质检部门，开展和管理特殊工序的外协事务；
4. 加工现场，负责监督和检查机加工流程正常执行，确保工序自检和记录、提交检验和完工汇报等；
5. 加工现场，负责检查和管理加工中心的工作效率、工艺方法、现场安全、加工质量，并积极和相关部门进行现场问题的沟通和 协调；
6. 完成上级领导安排的其它工作。
