KEY DUTIES

Logistics Systems and Processes administration: Warehouse Management System (WMS), KPI Module.

物流系统和流程管理：仓库管理系统，KPI模块

The position will be 50% of the time based in Warehouse in Fengxian district, 50% based in Headquarters.

Support Logistics team for Systems and Processes evolutions

- Support Warehouse Operation team in daily use of Systems

协助仓库操作团队对于系统的日常操作；

- Create SQL data extractions in accordance to Logistics team needs, build Logistics indicators in WMS KPI Module

SQL数据库管理，创建WMS系统KPI模块

- Configure and test new systems parameters for Logistics process improvements

相关物流工作流程系统的测试

Logistics Systems administration

- Create technical documents related to Logistics Systems configuration and administration

物流系统技术文档支持和管理

- Execute basic troubleshooting to identify Warehouse Systems failures

仓库系统模块突发问题处理

- Manage and prioritize Logistics Systems issue list, be main contact for Logistics Systems suppliers and Headquarters IT department

管理物流系统清单，协调总部及物流系统相关工作

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience

- Knowledge in Logistics, work experience in warehouse

一至两年物流或者仓库工作经验

- Previous experience with WMS software

有WMS操作系统维护经验

Computer skills:

- SQL language

SQL语言

- Office: Excel, Access, VBA

相关Office软件：Excel, Access, VBA

- AS/400 knowledge

有AS/400经验

Language skills:

- English is must

For 2 years C-Log has been preparing the package process for online sales. A "B to C" activity in full boom, managed by the new subsidiary Korben, which is responsible for E-Business.
