1. Keep the plants running in a safe and efficient way by monitoring the yield, downtime,

batchcycle time, PM and manning, etc.

2.Production data statistic analysis and reporting.

3.Production process optimization and HSE improvement, initiate and implement MOCs.

4.Involved in HAZOP or other risk assessment.

5.Monitor LCP and PTW implementation in field operations.

6. Maintenance operational instruction, SOP, and other process documents.

7.Training and develop the professional skill of operators and supervisor.

8 .Take part in the new projects.

1.Master preferred or Bachelor compensated by proven experience.

2. Chemical Engineering or relevant major.

3. 2~5 working experience is priority, especially in international company.

4.Good English skill in written and oral.
