职位描述
1.Responsible for the achievement of the sales volume, contribution margins as per the budget for MA China setup by sBU OMS.
2.Responsible for new business development in China and achieve sBU growth target.
3.Work with regional fleet manager to achieve cylinder cycle time target.
4.Implement Product & Margin Management program in China to achieve commercial excellence target.
5.Have joint responsibility with supply chain team to optimize logistic efficiency and on time delivery to support business growth in China.
6.Update the market and customer intelligence and profile within half a year and /or one year to renew the relative application industries report. Set up and review sales tactics for the main products and key customers periodically (every one year).
7.Accountable of order completeness check, credit worthyness of customers, order promise, order confirmation and follow up of payment.
8.Ensure that all businesses are conducted in compliance with Akzo Nobel’s Business Principles and CSR policy.
1.Education: chemical related or polymer related.
2.Working experiences in petrochemical industry is an added advantage.
3.Must be mutual and self starter. Hard working and initiative. Be active and flexible personality. People handling skills must be sound.
4.Potential to move up.
5.Good command of both written and oral English.
