职位描述

Qualifications
1. Minimum 2 years administration / commercial experience in a small to medium sized organization
2. Organized, self motivated, able to work independently and un-supervised
3. Computer proficient (MS office), strong excel & data base management experience desired.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Good English Communication skills

Responsibilities:
1. General office administration support including: travel arrangements, courier management, invoice processing, office operation, process of general expense accounts.
2. Managing the commercial documentation process including RFQ,Purchase Orders (PO) and supplier invoice & QC report.
3. Order following up and Inspection booking
4. Assist the Merchandising team in Sourcing and Development projects
