Primary Job:
1.Develop the general assembly master schedules,level 1 thru level 3,manage all aspects to achieve schedule.
2.Manage the implementation of World Class Safety practices,for SGM & Contractor employees,to ensure zero Safety incidents.
3.Ensure the General Assembly Layout & M & E selection meets all project goals,based on BOP/BOE & benchmarked against our strongest competitors.
4.Implement,maintain and enhance Lean manufacturing processes and systems.
5.Ensure the Quality of the project execution meets our goals,from SOR preparation through final acceptance.
6.Manage all aspects of the project within 90% of Cost Book.
7.Coach and develop subordinates and key talents.
Candidate Qualifications:
1.Level of school:University;Final degree:Bachelor;Major:Business Management;
2.Employment Experience:Min 5 year manufacturing shop floor management experience;

1)Previous Project Management/major M & E implementation experience preferred.
