Mainly Job Responsibilities:

1 Handle daily office expenses reimbursement including petty cash, OE and CAPEX payment

2 Handle branch’s daily general administrative issues including stationery procurement, environmental maintenance, mailing, printing, scanning, copying, name card application, fixed assets maintenance and stocktaking, facility management, renewal of insurance policies and maintenance contracts etc

3 Handle logistic issues, such as hotel booking, transportation arrangement etc

4 Handle miscellaneous items, such as file keeping, file delivery, maintenance, etc

Requirements:

1 Minimum of 1 years' relevant experience, preferably gained in foreign enterprises
2 Basic knowledge in banking and accounting, OA repair and maintenance.

3 Good planning, communication and interpersonal skills, mature and independent
4 Excellent customer service mindset, with the ability to work under pressure
5 Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software
