POSITION OBJECTIVE 设置此职位目的:
The position is responsible for costing function of TNT and the position is based in Haimen, and reports to finance controller.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1、Manage and Lead the cost team for live and processing
管理和领导活禽和加工业务成本团队
2、Work closely with finance internal teams to ensure coordination of monthly/quarterly /yearly closing process to meet all deadlines
在规定期限内，与财务内部团队协作完成月结/季结/年结工作
3、Ensure the timely and accurate costing reports, including month end closing reports, margin, variance and departmental analysis
确保成本报表的及时性和准确性，包括月度成本报告，毛利，差异和部门费用分析
4、Assist in preparation for annual Budget and quarterly rolling forecast
协助年度预算以及季度滚动预算工作
5、Assist in preparation for standard cost system launching
协助标准成本系统上线
6、Work closely with other departments to find cost down solutions and monitor the actions
与他部门紧密协作以寻求成本降低解决方案并监控后续行动
7、Support the internal/external audit
支持内外部审计工作

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree in the discipline of finance/accounting/business;
财务/会计/商科方向专业本科
2. Minimum of 6 years solid experience in costing for manufacturing industry with at least 2 years manage level experience;
8年以上制造企业成本领域经验，至少2年管理经理
3. Communication skills in Mandarin and English;
中英文沟通能力
4. Ability to work independently and team player with customer oriented mindset;
独立工作能力及客户导向思维；
5. Sound business sense and analytical skills;
良好的商业敏感性及分析能力
6. Short-term assignment in other locations of China is required
