岗位职责
1. 核对金蝶系统中的销售订单，并根据销售订单生成销售发票以及相关的记账凭证
Validate the sale orders in Kingdee K/3, release them into system invoices and record the general vouchers in Kingdee K/3 accordingly.
2. 根据客户的要求定期进行网上对帐，确保实际结算中的扣款金额在合同或订单的约定范 畴内，确保对帐无误后准时进行开票;
Checking the daily order transactions via customer’s website by periodically, insure the order deduction details obey the contract commitments, insure the on time issuance of tax invoices once they are balanced;
3. 及时和供应链以及销售部门核对销售定单执行情况，并完成每周以及每月的销售报表；
Reconcile the sales figures with Supplier Chain Dept and Sales Dept, and prepare weekly, monthly sales report.
4. 负责有关渠道销售费用的审核或会计凭证的编制；
Validate the sale expenses and prepare the general vouchers.
5. 核对应收账款余额，并进行应收账款账龄分析，视帐龄情况进行定期或不定期的对帐；
Reconcile the balance of AR, and analyze AR aging.
6. 与销售政策相关文件的整理归档；
Relevant sales associated documents filing.

任职要求：
1. 财经类本科以上学历，有会计从业资格证书；
Undergraduate or above, major in accountng or equivalent, holder of accounting Professional Qualified Certificate.
2. 至少二年的外企销售会计工作经验，熟悉零售业渠道费用的结算管理，有快速消费品企业工作经验优先。
At least two years experience at AR accounting area in foreign invested company, be familiar with trade spending types under retail companies, experienced working in fast consumable company would be preferred.
3. 熟练使用金蝶软件，办公软件；
Be familiar with Kingdee K/3, to good at Microsoft Office application.
4. 工作责任心强、细致认真、具有团队精神、执行力强；
Responsibility, hard working, carefulness and detail oriented team player, and executive ability.
5. 思路清晰，良好的沟通技巧，大量数据处理及承受压力的能力（必须）。
Good communication skill, can work under high pressure – Must.
