岗位职责：

1、负责通过网络资源、猎头、人才市场等渠道进行办公室及技术岗位的人员招聘，面试，评估，存档；
2、负责完善和更新所有职能岗位的描述，并协助招聘主管与部门负责人进行沟通；
3、对一般管理岗位进行人才的储备，建立人才库；
4、协助安排及面试现场操作人员及劳务公司沟通工作；
5、完成没有架构报表更新及月度报表，报送上海总部；
6、其它部门内部的相关工作。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历；
2、1年以上工作招聘相关经验；
3、熟练运用办公软件；
4、沟通能力及较强抗压能力；
5、积极向上，具有一定的学习能力，主动性。
