Position Responsibilities:

1. Work with CI team to collect, analysis, solve manufacturing problems of products

与CI组协作收集、分析、解决产品制造中的问题

2. Work with process team , fix the manufacturing problem caused by process, tools, equipment and product design to improve DPU

与工艺组协作解决由于过程、工具、设备和产品设计原因导致的制造问题，提高DPU

3. Keep monitoring production issue and provide cost-effective solutions

追踪生产过程中出现的问题，提供符合成本效益的解决方案

4. Analysis equipments , jigs and toolings, provide professional suggestions to improve them

验定设备、工具，提供专业解决方案提高其性能

Education & Experience Required:

1. Minimum bachelor degree, Mechanical and electrical integration related major

本科及以上学历，机电一体化相关专业背景

2. 3~5 years working experience in manufacturing environment

3到5年制造行业工作经验

3. Can work under high pressure, good analytical and problem solving skills

抗压能力强，具有较强的分析和解决问题能力

4. Have Lean six Sigma or kaizen related qualification is preferred

具有Lean 6 Sigma 或Kaizen 相关资质优先

5. Good oral and written english ability, willing to learning

英语读写说能力良好，有强烈学习欲望
