Responsibility:

1. Sales order control especially for high mix and low volume operations environment.

2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, management, co-workers and subordinates

3. Ensure customer service excellence by developing skill sets of Customer Service Staff.

4. Resolve customer service issues while balancing business needs with customer expectations.

5. Develop and maintain effective communications and relationships with sales/marketing team.

6. Develop and recommend pricing policies and premium structures which enable the achievement of company profit plans.

7. Ensure and implement the delivery agreement as necessary

8. Analyze reports, identify trends, and implement process improvements.

9. Procedure and Work Instruction preparation and implementation

10. Plan and schedule work load based on the amount of incoming emails, orders to be entered and reschedules to be processed.

11. Create and implement plans to improve sales, customer relationships and internal team building.

12. Establish and maintain effective training procedures within departmental areas of responsibility.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree. Minimum 8 years experience in Customer Service field of any industry types or 10 years of Sales & Marketing for industry products sold internationally.

2. Experience in EDI order interface and management with ERP system

3. Self-motivated, proactive and likes to continuous learning

4. Able to work effectively under high pressure and stress. Ability to adjust to multiple demands.

5. Good at ERP system.

6. Likes “To change and we can”

7. Fluent spoken both English and Mandarin.

8. Experience at automotive industry preferred.
