- Manage all sourcing activities in ABB Robotics

- Ownership
of supplier QDC Main Accountabilities &
Responsibilities

Analyze the market,
search and develop new suppliers in order to build strong supplier panel

Run RFQs to chose qualified
supplier based on sourcing decision to achieve localization and new product project
requirements

-
Negotiate with
suppliers of all kinds of commercial agreements to optimize price level

-
Manage and supervise
the supplier performance to reduce supplier risk

-
Applies and implements
SCM standard, tools and processes.

-
Design and implements
cost-cut programs and/or processes to reach financial targets

Supplier basic information
set-up, maintenance and update in SAP system

-
Place Sample P.O,
Fixed access application and supplier information change in system

- Documents management

Knowledge, Skills and
Experience

- Electronics,
Automation, mechanical or commercial background

- Good communication
skill and execution

- Target orientation

- Have solid experience
in SAP

- Self-discipline,
self-motivation

- Can work under
pressure

- Fluent commend of
Chinese and English, both written and spoken;

- Be familiar with mechanical/electronic processes

- Team work

Willing to travel frequently.
