Job Objective

1. In charge of production Safety;(Safety)
2. Lead the team to keep good working environment.
3. Allocate resources to keep good efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction on delivery.(OTD)
4. Implement training plan for direct labors and leaders, develop workshop human resources (competency, skills) (Training and people development)
5. Control the manufacturing cost, mainly for consumable materials and OT time; (Manufacturing Cost)
6. Coordinate with Production and equipment engineer to optimize production and warehouse process. (Optimize production + Warehouse process)
7. Compile production report and share the status and improvement plan to workshop team and related managers. (Compile production report)
8. Coordinate with quality engineer and SQE engineer to ensure manufacturing quality under good control. (Quality)
9. Lead some workshop projects with support from X-functional team members and present the status to management team. (Lead some workshop improvement projects)
10. Promote team work spirit and “continuous improvement “conception.
11. Support parts qualification when need assembly test or final test.
12. Support parts reworking if need.
13. Other tasks dispatch by department manager.

Primary Kip’s
1. Safety (near miss , safety accidents)
2. Quality (FPY , custom claim qty linking with manufacturing mistakes)
3. OTD
4. 5S
5. Productivity (OT ratio, schedule completion %
6. People development (Skills, back-up system)
7. Team behavior issue qty

Secondary KPI’s
1. Local ECO qty
2. Suggestions qty for continues improvement
3. elasticity level for urgent orders

Requirement:
1) Electric/Electronic assembly/testing experience is preferable
2) Good experiences in EHS/production quality control/Production management
3) Can manage over operator team (over 50 HCs)
4) Support 2nd shift if need
