Mission Statement: Support the Financial Controller/LBU Controller in all areas of financial and business controlling. Responsible for short-and medium term financial planning of LBU Turbocharging. Responsible for all side reporting requests. Preparation of monthly result analysis, deviation analysis and recommends corrective actions. Ensures an effective and reliable Management Information System (MIS).


Main Accountabilities


1. Perform the various financial analysis including profitability analysis, cost deviation analysis and other relevant analysis for business management purpose by PG view and LBU view;


2. Create or redesign management tool, LBU business dashboard, forecasting tool etc;


3. Responsible for budget process and 5 years strategic plan preparation;


4. Facilitate standardization and monitor performance against established KPI;


5. Responsible for the financial analysis report on PA Division requirements;


6. Prepare BRM documents supported by LBU controlling team;


7. Work closely with LBU controlling team and business controlling team for LBU business analysis report consolidation;


8. Take initiatives in leading various projects to streamline LBU financial process, business process, and Implement continuous improvement to ensure the processes are optimized for both efficiency and effectiveness;


9. Oversee development and communication of forecasts, budgets, analyses and other information to senior management; and lead analyses to facilitate decisions regarding capital, pricing, product, profit, performance and others;


10. Perform any ad-hoc assignment from Management Team.


Knowledge , Skill and Experience


· Bachelor`s degree in finance and accounting, CPA is preferred


· 5-6 years working experiences in accounting and controlling functions and 3 years in manager level


· Project Management experiences and Business understanding


· Fluent in Mandarin and English


· Familiar as a user of ERP systems, MS office, Lotus Notes


Good managing and communication skills, business minded, assertive and well structured
