 POSITION :SENIOR TEST ENGINEER_ POWERTRAIN
Overall Responsibility:
The senior engineer will be responsible for test solutions on powertrain products: transmission and engineer with cooperation with customers and suppliers. Create overall solutions test stand with mechanical design, electrical controls and process data collection and analysis. This role need be familiar with customer product assembly and sensor technologies. The goal is to build ABB key competence on standard test stations
Technical Skills:
•6 to 10 years’ experience on test system in powertrain business: Transmission EOL or Engine Cold test,
•Engineers with working experience related test system from customers like Ford, GM, VW，ZF, Getrag，GIF  will be preferred.
•Be familiar with the test solutions or Software( Labview or Bauer,etc) used in automotive industry.
•Detail skills on Powertrain product and test process: Engine and transmission
•Be familiar with sensors on transmission product: speed, torque, temperature, NVH testing, etc. Excellent understanding on TCU connection and analysis, CAN bus applications.
•Be familiar with sensors on Engine product: speed, torque, temperature, Intake vacuum and exhaust pressure, Ignition, NVH testing, etc. Excellent understanding on ECU connection and analysis.
•Good customer and suppliers connection channels.Background requirement:
•Major in Automotive engineering is preferred. Or in Mechanical design or Automation controls.
•Be familiar with design tools on Autocad, Solidworks, Catia, Labview
•Be familiar with key mechanical and controls suppliers
•Team work spirit.
•Proactive to achieve task goals
•Good communication skill with customer, suppliers and team members
•Very Good command of written and spoken English

职位概要描述:
•针对主要客户的产品，负责动力总成变速箱和发动机的整体测试方案，包括测试工艺，机械设计，控制系统和数据采集分析的总体设计和实施。技术能力要求:
•6 到10 年动力总成测试系统工作经验，专注于变速箱最终测试和发动机冷试技术。
•有福特，通用，大众，ZF，Getrag，GIF 动力总成厂测试区域工作经历的优先考虑。
•熟悉汽车行业测试软件的应用如Labview 或Bauer等。
•熟悉变速箱和发动机产品性能和测试原理。
•熟悉变速箱测试机其传感器：转速，扭矩，温度，NVH，TCU模块和CAN总线的应用。
•熟悉发动机测试和传感器：转速，扭矩，进排气压力测试，点火正时，ECU模块和CAN总线的应用
•良好的客户和供应商沟通渠道。职位要求:
•汽车工程，机械设计或自动化控制专业
•熟悉设计软件Autocad, Solidworks 或Catia， Labview
•积极主动，善于学习，善于寻求资源和团队合作以达成目标
•良好的沟通和表达能力
•优秀的书面和口语英语能力
