Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Execute projects on time and on budget according to company rules
• Develop a good customer relationship and meet customer’s need base on the contract
• Lead the project team member to delivery on time in different project phase ,
• follow up ABB project management process
• Work with functional managers to obtain project goals
• Generate and present project reports monthly
• Multi-projects management

Dimensions

Education & Experience Required:

• B.S. in Engineering
• 3 - 5 years of project management about automation System (robot and press background is a plus)

Business/Technical Skills Preferred:

• Customer management
• Team management
• Manage execution of projects: Financial management (cost control and
• reporting),quality, schedule, and risk management,

Behavioral Skills Preferred:

• Team leader: coach and develop team members, provide direction to the
• Project team and foster open communication.
• Organizational and planning skills: develop resource requirements and
• Establish plans.
• Act with integrity and a positive attitude
• Time schedule tool: Microsoft project software
• Willingness to learn
• Clear and effective written and oral communication in English
