Seafreight Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibility:
- To handle key account's ocean operation and documentation;
- Coordination with document staff；
- To well co-ordinate with local shippers, carriers, co-loaders, agents and overseas offices to ensure all shipments are moved smoothly as per customers' requirement;
- Manage a team of sea freight customers services;
- Sea freight tariffs negotiation for overseas and local demands;
- Straightening out of problems which crop up between domestic suppliers and overseas consignees;

Requirement:
- Technical Skills / Competencies
- Experience in freight of 7 to 10 years
- Experience with European market needed
- Experience with Middle East, North Africa, American market, south america, is appreciated
-Know how to manage a team
- Good transport network
- English : Very fluent
- Solution oriented, especially about customs issues
- Available and can work under pressure
- Interested to develop international global account
