Job Requirements要求
Formal Education and Training正规的教育培训
1. B.S degree or above
2. Related major: Optical/Facotry automation/Industry controlling/Electronic engineering/Imaging processing/Computer engieering and other realted major for automation or computer (If candidate has both Optical and Facotry automation experience will be perfect)
Occupational Experience工作经验
1. Strong technical competence
2. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
3. At least 5-year work experince and 3 years in machine vision market or related industry. Understand the machine vision application very well. And better has the knowlage of Cameral/Software/illumination/lens products
4. Proactive attitude and results driven, conscientious.
5. Team work and self-motivated

Major Duties主要职责



1. Support the local matchine vision customers and sales account manager for business development. Provide technical advice to the sales team to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet customer’s needs.
2. Analyse customers’ technical needs and develop proposals outlining how the organisation's products and services can meet these needs and be integrated and implemented with the customer's existing systems and equipment.
3. Develop and deliver training to educate customers/distributors on the features of the product or service they have purchased. Respond to more complex customer questions and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation. Coach and mentor less experienced distributor engineers
4. Pre-sales activities include analysing customer’s technical needs and suggesting solutions. Post-sales activities include resolving implementation problems and conducting user training. Including: Demonstrate, optical test at laboratory, techical reports
5. Communication for techincal questions between customers and Schott-Moritex techincal center at Japan/Gremany/USA
6. Willing to travle frequently (30~50%)
