岗位要求及职责：

1、 能熟练应用办公软件，独立完成报告文书工作。
2、 负责前台电话转接，快递收发及接待来访客人。
3、 负责公司文具的管理和发放；
4、熟练操作办公设备， 协助公司员工的复印、传真等工作；
5、完成上级主管交办的其它工作，为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务。
6、 形象端正大方,待人亲切热情。
7、 工作有条理性、计划性，踏实，细心、办事沉稳细致，尽职尽责。
