Responsibilities职责:

1.Quality control including sample inspection, incoming inspection, process product quality control, final product control audit.

负责质量控制，包括样品检验，来料检验，生产过程检验，最终产品检验的审核。

2.Organize people to draw up quality inspection and acceptance standard based on customer requirement and technical standard.

根据客户要求及技术标准，负责组织产品质量验收标准的制定。

3.Responsible for review inspection records, testing reports.

负责审核检验记录、试验报告。

4.Responsible for controlling unqualified products and making data analysis; coordinate with related departments to deal with quality problems; organize quality analysis meeting regularly, and make reports concerning quality.

不合格品控制和对质量数据进行统计分析，协同有关部门处理质量问题，定期组织质量分析会，报告质量情况。

5.Control and improve supplier quality. Be able to instruct supplier in site and effectively prevent and improve supplier product quality. Feedback supplier quality problem and follow up supplier corrective actions.

控制并改进供应商质量；能够到供应商处现场指导，有效预防并改进供应商产品质量。反馈供应商质量问题并跟进供应商质量纠正措施。

6.Maintain and calibrate gauges.

维护校准检验测量仪。

7.Support quality management to maintain and improve quality system.

协助质量经理维护并完善质量系统。

Requirements岗位要求:

1.Technical secondary school degree or above, with mechanical or related discipline.

大专以上学历，机械类或相关专业；

2.Minimum 4 years work experience in quality assurance.

四年以上质量管理工作经验；

3.Familiar with quality control standard & production process for plastic mould, plastic part or metals part.

精通塑料件各类产品的检测标准及塑料件成型工艺

4.Skilled uses each kind of inspection equipment.

熟练运用各类检测仪器；

5.Good reading & basal writing English skills.

具备良好的英文阅读能力和基本英文书写能力，能熟练使用办公软件；

6.A team-player, strong interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated, initiative, work conscientiously and responsibly.

富团队精神，具备良好的沟通协调能力，工作积极主动，认真负责。
