Manager Assistant - TMT China

TMT France Group has been specialized for 20 years in international transportation of goods, for import as well as export. The company has 6 offices in France and about 60 employees. TMT has set up their China office in 2009 and since then, the company's business has know a very solid and fast development, with about 100 containers / month between France and China and a strong specialization in wine.

Missions :
? Logistics :
o Assist the French Manager in the follow up and adapt the quotations for Chinese clients.
o Follow up of import / export shipments and on-line tracking on the container shipping companies' websites.
o Managing the pre alerts before containers arrive at destination.

? Marketing / commercial :
o Commercial support (new clients canvassing, follow up, development)
o Assist the French Manager in the preparation of business meetings / trips
o Set up client management tools (data base)
o Set up communication tools in Chinese (leaflets, website)

? Administrative :
o Day to day administration (reception, calls, kuaidi, office purchases, etc)
o Arrange business trips (booking of hotels, flights, etc)
o Contact and follow up with accounting firm

Experience :
? 2-3 years experience in logistics is mandatory, with a commercial oriented mind

Training / background :
? Bachelor degree
? Degree in French language would be an asset
? Degree in international logistics / transports would be an asset
? Good knowledge of office (Excel - PPT)

Langues:
? Mandarin : monther tongue
? French : fluent (both written and spoken)
? English : fluent (business English)

Personal skills :
Good communication skills, easy going and dynamic
Able to work independently, to adapt to different situation and take initiatives

Salary :To be negotiated

Localisation : Shanghai Puxi (Yongjia Lu / Ulumuqi Lu))

TMT France Groupe est spécialisé dans le transport international des marchandises, à l'import comme à l'export, depuis plus de 20 ans. La société compte une soixantaine de collaborateurs et 6 bureaux en France. Présente depuis 2009 en Chine, la société TMT connait une forte croissance sur le marché avec aujourd'hui un flux d'une centaine de conteneurs / mois entre la Chine et la France et une très forte spécialisation sur le vin.

Missions :
? Logistique :
o Assister le Manager français dans le suivi et l'adaptation des devis pour les clients chinois.
o Suivi des expéditions import / export et tracking sur les sites des compagnies maritimes.
o Gestion des pré-alertes avant l'arrivée des conteneurs.

? Marketing / commercial :
o Assister le Manager français dans la préparation des meetings commerciaux / déplacements
o Mise en place d'outils de gestion clients (database)
o Support commercial (prospection de nouveaux clients, suivi, développement)
o Aide à la mise en place d'outils de communication en chinois (brochures, site internet, etc)

? Administratif :
o gestion de la réception : appels, courriers, express, etc.
o organisation des business trips : gestion des réservations de billets d'avion/hôtels/etc
o liaison avec le cabinet comptable

Expérience :
? 2-3 ans d'expérience opérationnelle en logistique avec une sensibilité commerciale

Formation / compétences :
? Bachelor
? Licence spécialisée en langue française serait un plus
? Formation en transport / logistique internationale serait un plus
? Bonne maitrise du pack Office (Excel, PPT)

Langues:
? Chinois : langue maternelle
? Français : courant (écrit et oral)
? Anglais : courant (business English)

Qualités :
? Sens de la communication, contact facile et dynamisme
? Indépendance et autonomie dans le travail, prise d'initiative, adaptabilité

Rémunération :
