Powerbox / Bai Jia Sheng (Shanghai) Trading Limited is a trading house in Shanghai, who is wholly invested by a British company as a professional distributor in UK more than ten years, is specialized in sourcing and developing its own brands hardware, hand & power tools mostly from China to global markets. Now Bai Jia Sheng opens this vacancy to look for proper applicants to act as the role during requested period.

Job Description

Main Duties

· Conduct pilot production control for new developing power tools with NPD engineers(NPDEs) & Quality

Assurance Technologists (QATs)

· Conduct raw material/sub-assembling parts check and prepare the checking report;

· Conduct on-line production control(du-pro) and prepare the checking report

· Work with QATs/NPDEs to solve and verify the findings during quality control process

· Conduct pre-shipment inspections on site be responsible for inspecting all local products of

electrical hand-held and transportable power tools before delivery upon related specifications &

standards

Personal Requirements

· Good science / technical degree;

· Well technical knowledge of electrical hand-held and transportable power tools, basic knowledge on

safety requirements on both EU and NA market.

· Well understanding on operation of factory quality control system

· Ability to write and speak in English as well as fine communication skill

· Experience in methods of QC inspection, like random sampling and using test equipment

· Competency in general Auto Office software: Microsoft Word & Excel

· Ability to work independently without direct supervision; willing to travelling frequently

· Honest, robust & diligent, must be careful but efficient also punctual

· The candidates must be a strong team player and communicator.

· Willing to accept the challenge and working under stress.
