职位描述
1、淘宝/天猫客服日常售前售后工作；
2、客户关系维护，常见问题的归纳、整理；
3、淘宝后台操作，产品上下架；
4、通过ERP系统制单、审单。

岗位要求：
1、较强的网络销售能力，对电子商务有浓厚的兴趣；
2、团队合作意识和能力，能很好和团队成员合作工作，并乐于帮助他人；
3、良好的心态和准确的自我定位，并有较强的进取心；
4、良好的文字表达能力，具有亲和力，工作耐心细致，诚信稳重；
5、打字速度快，每分钟不低于60个字；
6、沪籍、家有养宠物或自营淘宝店经历者优先录用。

About Petland
Petland has been the retail pet industry leader in the area of animal care with ongoing staff training programs, in-store animal husbandry systems and community service programs aimed at placing homeless pets and curbing pet population since its foundation in 1967.
