ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

A Global firm specialized in rubber floorcoverings and footwear components
Salary:

Sales Manager
Travelling:
Extensively
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Set sales targets, create a task list and execute into practice
+ Act in a professional manner and maintain a professional, business-like appearance
+ Enhance and expand company image, products image and influence to market as well
+ Visit customer in person or with sales partner together, give their sales staff valuable advice and guidance+ Establish and maintain good relationship with architect and designer institute, owner, end user, main contractor, decoration company, supervisory company
+ Depending on professional sales knowledge and technology knowledge, combining with the service provided by technical engineers, and taking advantage of the good social relationship from sales partners, then get the best chance to convince the appointed people to choose the product
+ Handle daily problems about sales activities and internal processing
+ Deal with the complaints regarding products and customer services
+ Take care of monthly expense cost, control the traveling budget
+ Fulfill the reporting requirements of the headquarter Shanghai (weekly plan and report, monthly report, project record form)
+ Fulfill the requirements of a structured project work (CCC-project): project management and activity report
+ Communicate with the market segment managers about market requirements regarding new products and new trends+ Coordinate with other sales representatives for the over-districts projects, pay attention to transmit information in time and follow-up (the over-district information must be reported within 7 days)
+ Organize, monitor and visit your projects regularly at least once respectively before installation, during installation and after installation
+ Get to know the business status of sales partners, fulfill the Potential Customer Registration Form and evaluate the prospects of future cooperation
+ Establish the relationship and keep close cooperation with sales team of sales partner
+ Have sales meeting with local sales team of sales partner every week regarding sales target achievement
+ Make phone call with all sales partners in your area, classify the responsibility and share the project information
+ Build up a project data base (60 projects). According to the potential quantity and the importance of projects, 30 projects should be kept tracking deeply and corporate with sales partner for the further processing
Requirements:
+ College diploma or above (preference in major of construction or related to construction side)
+ Minimum two years sales work experience
+ Work experience in the construction / building material industry is preferred
+ Computer skills (Internet, MS Office)
+ High sense of urgency, high degree of accountability
+ Ability to organize oneself and others, very structured work approach
+ Good team player
+ Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills with customers
+ Board-minded and persuasive
+ Good English knowledge (CET 6)
+ Willing to learn and to change
+ Willing to travel extensively
