Position Responsibilities:
- Communicating with carrier, trucking company, customs broker
- Follow up the shpt with SHPR/SALES/OVERSEAS AGENT closely, update the status in time to related party
- System input, update, invoice issuing, file close
- Handle the problem during the operation, find solution under the supervise of the leader
- Provide guidance and support to head office for all carrier’s, local customs,news of the industry

Requirements:
- College degree desired. Major course of study in logistics, transportation, international or business preferred
- At least 3years of Operation experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
- Excellent communications skills
- Good negotiator and analytical
- Proficient in written English & Mandarin
- Can work under the pressure
