Responsibilities:
- in charge of the operation team for sea/air freight in Greater China
- to ensure effecient and excellent operation and customer service on daily basis
- to ensure operation team are well informed of and complied to SOP amd company procedures
- to act as coach and leader to the operation team for any matters/issues that require trouble shooting
Requirements:
College or above degree in Logistic/Transportation, International trading, or equivalent.
At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience in the international freight forwarding industry

Good command of spoken and written English
Good communication skill with agents, S/L and network
