• Responsible for all warehouse activities following quality procedure rules & requirements ( IQC rule, stock keeping rule and other specific requirement);
• 保证仓库运行符合质量，安全，库存管理和生产要求。
• Organize cycle counts in warehouse. Ensure that cycle counts are performed efficiently and accurately.
• 组织仓库的定期盘存，保证盘库的效率与精准。
• Analyze deviations and variances and take proper measures to correct and prevent;
• 分析各类偏差并采取有效的监测方式来修正和阻止。
• Ensure that material feeds into the workshop smoothly to guarantee the continuity in the production;
• 保证各类物料及时的供应到各车间并且不断货。
• Ensure that the group’s HSE and FSS requirements are met. Take personal ownership of the responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
• 保证满足集团关于安全管理方面的标准。并全权负责仓库的建筑与货物的安全。
• Ensure and maintain a high inventory accuracy
• 保证库存数据的高度准确。
• Maintain, update, and optimize operational procedures, policies, and documentation for warehouse activities;
• 维护，优化与更新操作流程，政策以及记录仓库的各类活动。
• Responsible for stock material location management and classification and inventory data management in ERP system;
• 负责仓库物料的货位管理和分类管理，并将物料进出库数据及时的录入到ERP.
• Supervise daily goods reception and storage;
• 负责日常的货物收发和存储管理
• Responsible for correct finished goods delivery confirmation and the strict follow up of the transportation plan;
• 负责成品参照发货计划出货。
• Weekly /Monthly review of the team's performance. Propose improvements and develop action plans to solve eventual issues;
• 团队KPI的周，月回顾，并不断的就未达成目标提出行动计划，并最终推运KPI指标的达成。
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy as required by 5S Management.
• 实施5S 管理，保持仓库清洁
• Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
• 激励下属以提升仓库运行效率。
• Enhance teams’ well-being and capability through coaching, guiding and training.
• 提高，培训仓库团队成员，提升团队运作能力。

Profile :

· Bachelor or master degree

· 专科以上文凭

· Min 8 years of proven track record in a similar position within a manufacturing environment (Preferably in an international company)

· 8年以上工作经验，并具有工厂工作经验，跨国企业经验都优先。

· Experience with ISO 90001 and anti-terrorism management would be an asset.

· 具有ISO90001体系运行经验和反恐管理经验者优先。

· Strong people management skills (motivate, delegate, guide)

· 较强的人员管理技艺（激励，授权，指导）

· Strong analytical skills
