Quality Inspector

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect in the factories, mainly focus in area of Ningbo province.

主要负责宁波区域的工厂检验。

2. Follow up the production process and Perform Quality Control according to QC plan during fabrication, in process and final shipping process, reporting the quality issues timely.

认真贯彻执行来料检验/出货检验流程，按照质量控制计划和图纸来正确判断，对检验结果的正确性负责，及时向经理汇报发现的任何质量问题。

3. Perform follow up verification activities to close out non-conformance findings and ensure effective follow up of all defects;

跟进工厂的改善措施执行情况，及时发现不符合点并督促工厂改正。

4. Keep all inspection records and issue the daily inspection reports and Final inspection reports.

认真填写质量检验记录和出货检验报告，做到数字准确、字迹清晰、结论明确，并将检验记录和报告分类建档保存。

5. Follow up the handling of non-conformity products

妥善处理和跟踪不良品的隔离和放行。

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Diploma holder, be capable of using inspection tools & instruments. Understanding of mechanical manufacturing methods; Understanding of mechanical drawings

中专或以上学历，会使用基本的检具，有机械加工知识并有基本的识图能力。

2. 2+ years’ QC working experience in manufacturing factories.

2年以上机械加工工厂的品检工作经验。

3. Initiative, independent and good communication skill with all team members.

认真负责并与能部门同事良好沟通。

4. Be able to read and write in English.

有基本的英语读写能力。

5. The candidates lived in Ningbo are preferable.

家住宁波者优先考虑。
