本公司授澳大利亚国外客户委托，在国内招聘设计总监和平面设计师若干，主要负责印刷品 文具 时尚礼品等的平面设计。要求如下英语良好、熟练利用各种设计软件，有团队协作能力，适应国外出差或培训。有相关经验者优先。
Title: China Design Manager
Reports To: China Office Manager / Melbourne Design Manager
Work Experience & Skills Required
? 3-4years experience in Packaging or Stationary product design
? Ability to speak English
? Creative Ability and flair with an eye for detail
? High Level of expertise in design, composition, color and layout
? Good organizational skills
? Ability to solve problems
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Technical knowledge and expertise
? Ability to manage and coach others
? Available to travel Overseas when required
Summary of Position:
Recruit manage and develop new team 3 to 4 designers to a capable standard whilst liaising with Australia team to ensure that artwrap is on trend, provides customers with the best designs and supplies artwork that is delivered promptly and accurately to our suppliers. You will work very closely with the Australian design team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Ensure all briefs are delegated to their team members based on the individuals strengths and skills
? Participate in brainstorming sessions to discuss strategies and design direction that will help format briefs
? Ensure all work by their team is delivered on its deadline, is the best design possible and is of a high standard in accuracy.
? Travel every year to Australia for meetings & understanding the Australian market
? Ensure the Manager is informed on status of all products
? Manage and train assigned designers whilst being active on design and final art
? Ensure that artwrap is up to date with local and overseas trends and work closely with the product teams to leverage design opportunities
? Train and mentor new designers
? Manage assigned personnel to ensure their professional development
