Responsibilities
1. To lead all maintenance team and create a good discipline, good equipment PM and repair quality and high efficient team.
2. To lead, execute and monitor PM programs for all equipment and facilities, in order to significantly reduce equipment emergency down time.
3. To develop work skills of maintenance team in order to do in-house maintenance and repair as more as possible.
4. To lead strictly cost control of maintenance and repair and significantly cost down.
5. To lead reduction of repair time significantly.
6. To lead and follow up all new and retrofitting project of existing equipment and facilities.
7. To lead spare parts management at best level.
8. To work very closely with supplier to design, set and meet specifications of new project and retrofitting project.
9. To manage supplier’s behavior to meet company’s request for supplier.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in equipment, automation, electronics.
2. At least 5 years experiences on equipment management. Experiences on building up or maintaining heat treatment equipment will be a plus.
3. Experiences in leading maintenance team.
4. Strong experiences on project management.
5. Rich knowledge of Heat Treatment equipment and facilities, TPM and MFMEA.
6. Quick learner.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Strong execution power.
9. Work with time based and result-oriented.
10. Able to work under strong pressure.
11. Able to communicate in written English.
