Purpose

maintain our current customers in medical segment;

learn successful cases from brother company in rose group and promote in Greater China;

Develop new customers / projects in medical segment:

i.e. Medical device industry, orthopedic industry, small medical test equipments, bio-lab equipments, etc.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Define, collaborate the relationship/workflow of the segment leader and the regional sales forces, and execute the business growth targets by team efforts.

2. Facilitate the growth of the business to reach the sales target in medical segment, both by generating new business opportunities and by enhancing existing client relationships

3. Analyse of current sales in medical segment market in China and set up sales strategy

4. Learn successful cases in medical segment from brother companies in rose group and adapt them to China market

5. Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies

6. Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars for new clients hunting

7. Plastic packaging solution to persuade the potential customers to adapt new packaging

8. Pursues sales leads and prospective clients, building client relationships, delivering presentations and proposals,

9. Communicate with sales director about situation in medical segment market
