采购专员
Position: Procurement Officer
工作内容:
1.根据质量要求和技术规范，确定合适的供应商，完成各部门的物料和服务的采购申请，最大程度上降低交货期和价格；
2.确保所有的订单已经写入ERP系统并获得批准；
3.根据采购物料的需求开发市场并询价，准备交货期和付款比较表；
4.准备中英文版本的合同，在批准后下单；
5.与供应商协调付款周期事宜，在主管的批准下安排付款；
6.与供应商协调交货期，保证货物及时送达；
7.协助处理国外订单；
8.处理次品和不合格品的退换问题；
9.寻找潜在的新供应商和匹配的供应商技术能力，使之适应项目需求；
10.支持质检部的供应商质量控制；
11.协调质量部定期拜访供应商，确保供应商的资质；
12.通过与供应商和外包商的谈判，已获得最佳采购方案（质量，价格，条款，交货期和服务等）



Job Definition:
1.Procuring materials and services required by other relevant departments according to quality and technical specifications with optimum lead time and cost by identifying appropriate supplier.
2. Ensuring orders are input and approved in ERP system.
3. Searching market for required materials and collecting quotations, preparing and presenting comparison chart including delivery and payment terms.
4. Preparing contract (Chinese & English) and placing order after approval.
5. Coordinating the payments to suppliers, checking the payment requests prior to submission to Supervisor for approval.
6.Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
7. Assisting in managing and following up overseas orders.
8. Managing reject and Non conformity material replacement with supplier.
9. Searching for potential new suppliers and matching supplier technical capability with project requirements.
10. Driving & Supporting QC in supplier qualification procedure.
11. Scheduling yearly supplier visit with QC department to ensure the qualification of the suppliers
12. Negotiating for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
任职资格:
1, 大专及以上学历，物流/市场营销/机械以及相关专业毕业；
2, 至少2年以上采购经验，有外企工作经验优先考虑；
3，具有良好的英文沟通、表达能力；
4，良好的解决问题、决策和分析思考能力；
5，良好的谈判和沟通技巧；
6，擅长成本控制，工作积极主动，良好抗压性；
7，诚实,有上进心,结果导向,执行力强,良好团队合作精神,能够承受工作压力；
8, 能够熟练操作ERP和相关办公软件。

Job Requirement:

1.College or above degree, with major in Logistics/Marketing/Industry engineering or other relevant majors.
2.With at least 2 years of procurement working experience and with working experience in transnational company is preferred.
3.Be capable of using both spoken and written English during working time.
4.Good problem solving, decision making , and analytical thinking skills
5.Strong negotiation and communication skills
6.Good at cost calculation; able to work under his/her own initiative and great pressure.
7.Honest, self-motivated,results oriented , hands-on approach ,team player and able to work under time pressure
8.Good at operating MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP
