工作职责与任务：
Work Responsibility and Task：
1. 根据客户及产品要求，开发，审核及评估新供应商
According the customers and products requirements, to develop, audit and evaluate new suppliers.

2. 根据产品图纸和技术要求，与客户及供应商沟通协调，完成产品报价
According to the product drawing and technical requirements, to complete products quotations though communication with customers and suppliers.

3. 实施和执行具体项目，诊断并解决项目过程中的各种问题
To carry out specific project, diagnose and solve all kinds of problems in the process of the project.

4. 制定项目计划，报告，成本等；编写项目报告及工作报告
To setup project plan, project report, project cost and etc., and prepare the project report and work report.

5. 严格按客户、质量要求、合同要求，在规定时间内完成项目分配任务
Strictly according to the customer, quality and contract requirements to complete projects assigned tasks at the prescribed time.

6. 协助供应商优化生产项目的整体作业流程，提供并落实改善计划。
To assist suppliers in optimization the overall production workflow, provide and implement improvement plans.

7. 陪同客户参观工厂，并编写参观报告
Accompanying customer to visit factory, and prepare the visit report.

8. 能独立处理和解决所有负责的项目及任务
Ability to handle and solve project problems on one's own.

9. 上级领导交办的其它工作任务
Others assignment direct by headquarters.


任职资格：
1. 机械类相关专业大专以上学历，并有三年以上相关工作经验
College degree or above in Mechanical field, and at least 3 years related experience.

2. 熟悉及了解机电、汽车零部件、PVC产品、铝铸件等产口。
Familiar with motor, automotive components, PVC, aluminium casting and etc.

3. 熟悉产品报价，外协采购流程及项目管理过程。
Understand product quotation, outsourcing procedure and project management procedure.

4. 熟悉及了解CAD图纸、PPAP流程、控制计划、工艺流程、FEMA、PFEMA等质量工程要求过程/要求。
Understand CAD drawing, PPAP process, control plan, process flow, FEMA, PFEMA and so on.

5. 熟悉产品性能、检测及工艺流程。
Familiar with product performance, testing and process flow.

6. 熟悉ISO 9000/ TS16949质量管理体系及其他相关质量体系。
Familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 and other related quality systems.

7. 优秀的表达沟通能力、谈判能力及数据分析能力。
Good communication skill, analytical skill and negotiation skill.

8. 大学英语六级以上，听说读写熟练
CET-6 and above, Fluent in English-oral and written.

9. 能频繁出差并承受工作压力
Able to travel frequently and work under pressure.

质量把关 -- 我们能够提供在供应商工厂进行采购检验或者在我公司位于宁波保税西区设备齐全的厂区进行100%全检或AQL检验。这几项服务是确保您采购的产品和零部件达到您指定的质量要求。

物流 -- 我们已经建立了一个物流网络以确保产品从供应商运输到我们的保税区港口，统一发货并准时抵达您想要到达的地方。此外，我们也帮客户处理进出口清关。

Ningbo Global Sourcing is a fully licensed and qualified trading company, which is USA owned, with a multinational staff. its headquarters and Ningbo, China, plus sourcing and service offices in Ningbo, Penang, Malaysia and Fort Wayne, IN (USA). We have suppliers which we have qualified in China, Korea and Malaysia and have access to other suppliers in other parts of Southeast Asia.
Ningbo Global Sourcing provides a multitude of products and component parts, including: motors, motor components and magnetic; power and hand tools; precision machined parts – including automotive and medical; plastic injection molded parts – including medical; garments and needle trade goods; plumbing products; house-wares and kitchen goods; home and garden goods; building materials; and this is just a sampling of what we can supply to you.

The services Ningbo provides to its customers include:
?    Sourcing – we find quality suppliers of low cost products and components that will meet most Western, ISO 9000, TS 169 49, and other established quality standards.
?    Quality Assurance – we can work with your local US or European prints, workmanship standards, and quality requirements to ensure they can be understood and applied by our local staff and suppliers and translated into local languages as necessary.
?    Quality Gate – we can provide sourcing inspection at the supplier locations or perform 100% or AQL inspection in our fully equipped facility in the Ningbo Free Trade Zone. These services ensure products and components you order meet the quality requirements you specified.
?    Logistics – we have an established network to ensure products move from the supplier to our Free Trade Port and are consolidated to arrive at your desired location, on time. We also handle all outbound clearance and inbound customs requirements.
